Ever got distracted or fell asleep during a WC?

Overfilled before. Said it would never happen again. Was filling, thought I hade plenty of time. Playing my bass in the other room then heard a waterfall. Ran like an idiot and jammed my food on the corner of the wall, while my dog rammed the side of her head on the trash can trying to get out of my way. The noise was just one of the hob filters starting to pour again. Thought I unplugged both. Stupid.

[Unattended Fish]

Fortunate thing for me is that the area where I live, there's no chlorine added to our tap water so nothing perished from the incident. I've heard cases where this happened and it wiped out the complete stock of the tank. Only negative things that happened was there's water stains on all the box that were left on the floor and fiancée keeps nagging to go check on the tank while I'm doing my water changes .
