No and no. As previously stated 10000 signatures, the majority of which will come from overseas citizens on a website is not going to sway a government that already has production underway.
I'm being immature because I see the futility in what you're trying to do. I'm not for the dam but I'm really not against it either, I'm just being realistic.
SEQ (south east queensland) is on level 6 restrictions, that is the very highest we can go, we cant even use a hose to wash anything, we can water the garden only on permitted days for an hour a week, we are in desperate need of water! i think a new dam will help alot!
