EVERYONE'S FIRST TANK!!

this is the first tank i personally owned, i bought it from a friends workmate and quickly changed the decor, this is how i bought it.
i got rid of the gravel and lava rock and changed it too normal gravel and bogwood.
this was in 1999.

This is awsome. Personally my parents didn't want me having any amount of water and electricity in my room. So they bought me a 6 foot by 2 foot by 2 foot terrarium. Had a iguana on the floor for a couple years. If i would have known how much they would have costed now i would have kept it.
 
mine was a ten gallon that was gave to me when i was 8 i was pumped till i seen it did not hold water:irked::ROFL:
 
:DFirst tank was a 10 gallon that was bought for a comet goldfish I won at a fair lol. The next one came two weeks later that we started breeding fancy guppies in. It was all down hill after that......:nilly:

If you count my mother's tanks before I had a clue, we had a 55 fresh and 20 gal salt, but don't remember much of that except for catching our own salt water fish when it was still legal down here in Florida and the keys lol! :naughty:
 
I wish I had pics of my tanks, but that was the 70's. My sickness stated with a 1/2 gallon goldfish bowl when I was 6 or 7. Any goldfish we put in there would be dead in about a week.
 
this was my first ever tank 3ft/15inch/12inch,,, iam 30years old now and i got this tank for my 13th YES 13TH Birthday,had it running until i was 16 then i finished with it when i went to work in spain and set it up again when i was 20yrs at my sisters and then moved it to mine when i was 25yrs with goldfish,,,,,,now ive got my 150us gallon....5ft/2ft/2ft
