What's the matter with you? Who are you to say whether a topic is useful or useless? Close thread?? Got a mod itch aren't we? If you don't like discussions on pellets, don't click on the link.

Next time you want to offer your "2 cents", look into your pocket and make sure you actually have 2 cents.

NLS er fortsatt den beste, men alle folk som er veldig smart allerede vet dette.
 
I have multiple tanks.. and therefore multiple fish foods, and brands.

I acquired a 4" FH straight from Taiwan from a friend of mine.. so I went out and bought the NLS with the FH on the cover. He ate it, and he looked nice.. It however clogged up my AC110's like nobody's business. After a few months, he grew tired of it and so I switched.. he wouldn't eat anything else I tried... I had some Nutrafin tablets for loaches/cory cats (meat baed though) dropped some in there.. NEVER have I seen him go crazy over a food. He loves them, and he's great looking.

I feed my frontosa sinking Hikari Gold. (Blue Bag)...

I feed sinking carnivore pellets, floating carni sticks, massivore, tropical flakes, algae wafers, NLS micro pellets, Kens food, HBH food...

And I think my fish look just as good as anyone else's fish.

It's all about preference.. kinda like choosing who's better Ford or Chevy.

ummm...ok, thank you for listing me?? i feel fully validated now as a member of the mfk community that i have finally gained some sort of recognition by you.

snarkiness aside...
its a topic that is widely covered on several threads here on mfk. if you closely read the original posters inflammatory comments you would come to understand this thread was started with ill will. i was stating my opinion that such a thread should be closed. i am sorry if my opinion is not worth 2 cents to you but it is mine and is one moderators do not have any obligation to abide by. i would like to inform you, in the grandest manner, that you have not made my list and from the posts of your i have come across while reading you seem to be a great contributing member on MFK.

keep compiling your list my friend, cheers and all that good stuff
now i will return to pressing matters like playing solitaire and watching my fish poop

btw i feed primarily nls and omega. and other things like bloodworms, mysis shrimp etc as treats, most of the top tier foods are great and produce good results. you can feed exclusively one "good" pellet food and get good results. Although i do still believe in variation in food types, for happy healthy and entertained pets.
