Oh, Oh!! I've been there before. Paydays were just the days I endorsed my paycheck and handed it back to the manager to pay for all the fish and supplies I bought on my employee discount.

I told them to keep the paycheck. And send me a bill for the rest.

That's the plan. Loaches for everybody. If they don't leave with a loach, they don't leave.

yeah seriously... They're cheap when small you could be selling tons, you might even get a promotion for moving mass quanitys

..and then once they get up to 6" they will bring them back in and you can be nice enough to give them a new home. All of Minn. will be growing out loaches for you.

Haha I get that from my boss a lot. Except I am paying cash as well because I can't pay for it all with my paycheck.

I can't wait till schools out because I'm going to try to get a job at one of the lfs here. One problem is that I don’t know fish sticks about cichlids or saltwater. I’ll have to talk my boss and try to get him to get a permit to sell natives just so I can sell fish.

If they don't have FW setup, I guess they'll have to buy a tank, filter, heater, substrate, some plants, thermometer, and air pump to support the mandatory loaches.
