Wow, you have been a loyal customer! That's great! I look forward to purchasing my fish. It's going to be quite a big order. Selling all some of my current stock to make room but it's fish I've never ever had before and on my wish list so I'm happy. Gorgeous gold wolf! Actually one of the fish I may just end up getting along with a red wolf.

He’s always been good to me and seems to always have what I’m looking for or can get it, I like to stick to known sources for fish so it works out.

For sure I am getting the red wolf and gold wolf. I am also getting a true parrot cichlid to go with my severums, chocolates, vulture cats, and other South Americans into a 180. And then 3 irwini cats to grow out with my niger.

Nice!! I’ve been wanting to try a vulture cat. But that’s a badass order, you should post pics when they arrive

Honestly, from what you said, Exotic Fish Shop seems a lot more cautious about the quality of their fish than general retail tends to be. You mentioned you were able to get returns and a healthier fish when it came to recieving an unhealthy 4-line pictus catfish, but I was not able to get Big Al's to remove unhealthy, emaciated dwarf chain loaches from the catching bag and catch healthier specimens instead when I requested they do so.
As much as I like Big Al's, they fall short compared to Exotic Fish Shop when it comes to this.

I had ordered two 4 lines and they were in very rough shape and later died. I texted him before they died and he just asked for pics and then said to let him know what happens , when they died he sent out replacements. It was a very easy process. I also ordered a dwarf giraffe catfish a couple years ago and he texted me and said something was wrong with its eye and didn’t want to ship it and gave me a store credit for $10 more than the catfish. Everything else has been perfectly smooth and the resolutions were painless

Really wish retail was like that. Nothing short of great service you got there, and I wouldn't have gotten that massive white spot outbreak I have now if retail had those policies.

Today is the day! Going to be ordering this morning with hopes it ships tonight for Wednesday arrival. Haven't made my mind up yet of what I am getting. Have a few aquariums to fill. But def the wolfs for sure. I sent a message on Facebook asking if I pay early if it will ship tonight no reply yet though it says seen.

It’s highly unlikely it will ship tomorrow from my experience. I imagine you’re looking at Thursday or Friday or Tuesday at the worst. He has his phone number on the site and has always replied to me very quickly when i had questions. But keep us updated!
