Extreme algae problem... Help please, my reef tank looks like crap because of this!

I have one and he doesnt make an impact on the amount of algae in the tank.
 
Hate to but in, I noticed you were talking about sea hairs, but I can't seem to find any sea hairs at my lfs's they say they're out of season and all they can get are massive ones. are there online suppliers?

liveaquaria.com always seems to have them in stock.
my lfs always has little ones but occasionally gets one of the massive 7-inchers.

ive got no room or money for a refugium, but if i can afford one, im going to get one of those little HOB refugiums eventually.

Exotic Aquarium has some (I was there two days ago). Ocean Blue also had some when I was there last but their stuff is usually expensive.
