Its been easier for me to use the reverse ring on the 55-250mm than my regular 18-55mm. More successes.

unfortunately thats as close as i can get with the 50mm. since your using the lens backwards, the longer the zoom, the farther away the shot has to be. for example, a reverse lens is closer at 18mm than it is at 55mm :)

its super easy Li! this is what you do:

- buy a cheap $5 reverse adapter ring on ebay for your lens/filter size
- attach it to your camera and hook up your lens backwards
- put the camera on manual mode and adjust shutter speed/ISO until you get a good shot
- you wont have AF so youll need to move in/out to get the subject in focus. when its focused, snap away and get ready to delete a lot of pics lol
- having lots of light helps too
- also easier if your have a lens with an aperture ring. many of the newer lenses dont have this

inspired by the late mr. chonhzilla :D

Nice shots Jose. I find PS does a mush better job than picture manager when resizing pics.

My reverse ring arrived and I must say it has made it much easier to focus and too keep it steady.
