Extreme tank make-over; goodbye background

Looks good Koen, however I miss the background. It looked like a display tank at a public aquarium with the background.

I could not resist to add some gravel....added a layer of 5 mm. Here's a lousy updated fts.

And some pics of the background with a 1.5 ltr (0.4 g) bottle of soda.

If I didn't took out the background I had to get a new tank soon because it was really becoming small.

I like the old tank better with the Cichla. But still nice anyways.

I kinda did yeah, didn't liked the bare bottom look after a day and tried some of my old gravel. I think it really looks good now and hope it will even loop better when I get a background in it.
