F1 Peru Oscars from Jeff Rapps

I got one of the Peru oscars from Rapps as well. A little disappointed mine does not have the multiple eye spots like the dad but a very nice O with unique spotting. Got mine around 2.5" and now he/she is around 6". Getting about 1.5" per month growth on this bad boy. Very outgoing and aggressive oscar.

Yeah I dont know how the extra eyes are going to turn out on mine but so far some look good.

There is nothing like non-production line (f13894) Oscars. This tank is going to look amazing in a year!

From the shadows in the back, wouldnt think its overhead flash

no idea....its close to what they look like...but i know they are going to get there pattern once they grow a little more.

There are no blueberry Oscars. There are Oscars dipped in acid to burn off their slime, then dipped in dye to make them blue. Then the ones that don't die right away go to the pet store. Don't buy them.

Your eyespots will develop around 8", if yours is from the same lineage as mine.
