IF I am not mistaking, once I had a parrot fish and someone from the other forum pointed out this type of photo and he voted that parrot fish was a male!!

It could be male. Generally when I look at the gender I look more at the size of the vent hole compaired to the anus hole. In or to do this the fish must be removed from the tank and flipped upside down. If the vent hole is larger then the anus hole it's female, if the vent hole is the same size or smaller then the anus hole it's a male.
