If the seats were a bit bigger They would Accommodate an obses person better and they wouldn’t be overflowing into another passengers seats and he/she wouldn’t need to pay for the extra seat.

Like everything else in life sadly, it boils down to money

doubt they will ever make them larger though because that would limit the profit they could get from the number of tickets sold.

Hello; So one airline makes seats plenty big enough for obese folks and as a result can have fewer seats on a plane. They then must charge more per ticket to cover their fuel and other costs. (Fewer seats but more weight per seat costs more fuel) All this expense and lower profit so someone obese can save on a second seat?

I do not fly so have no actual idea of the seat sizes.

I guess a question is how many truly obese folks are around now days. I do know there are many more in my area than in the past.
