It would be rare but i believe they can. I think they can hit 22"maybe 30". Hard to tell exact size on that one but its huge for shure. He also appears to be holding the fish toward the camera so it makes it look bigger.

The problem isn't the fish...
But the fact that the pic was taken with 3D lens & making the size of the fish appear larger than it really is.

Haha, a 3D lens? Ohhhh really? Can you give an example of a 3D lens that is designed to make fish look large? What sort of drugs are you on?
The guy is long-arming the fish a little bit, but a magic fish enlarging lens? (To take photos or video in 3D you use TWO lenses, spaced as far apart as the human eyes...)

It seems that he is holding it up and stright with very little effort, seems very fake to me. I do not believe the colors would look that good after the long fight to bring him in.
As for the fish, i do not know anything about Umbee, but it looks quite real to me, he may be long arming it a bit, but look at the things lips compared to that boga grip. Its a big fish.
