i havent received any sort of response since the 1st when i sent money. i have contacted paypal about getting my money back
 
I was just gettin on here to see if anyone else was havin problems gettin ahold of this guy..this def sucks..also responded quickly to me until i sent the money..hmm looks like ill have to see about gettin my money back too..
 
hope you guys used a credit card! reminds of the "fishonthebrain" incident a while back. chances are if you havent heard back your money is long gone.

I'm having problems with this guy too. I actually purchased two pieces from this guy on ebay back in October. Still haven't recieved anything. He actually replied to me last week saying he had a death in the family which caused a delay in shipping and all orders were shipped out two weeks ago and that parcel post can take up to 2 weeks...yeah right. Not from Cali to Vegas. So im in the process of trying to get my money back through paypal.
 
i understand a death in the family, but over two weeks with out a word? atleast send an email to those who have purchased.

yeah thats BS, even snail mail wont take 2 weeks. you guys should start filing your claims NOW. paypal wont let you file a dispute unless a certain amount of time has passed, so youll need to call them. if he has money in his paypal account you may be able to get it back. if not, file a dispute with your credit card. if you didnt use a credit card and he has no money in his paypal acct, youre screwed.
 
guys... read his feedback and proceed w/ caution.

i refrained from public warning but it looks like this is a recurring issue so everyone needs to know.

Product is really nice, but the time it took to receive it and the communication was horrible.
