complaints started before that, so he's obviously ignoring people. seems fishy to me. same as the last problem we had. communication was great, up until you made payment. after that, NOTHING

I'm having problems with this guy too. I actually purchased two pieces from this guy on ebay back in October. Still haven't recieved anything. He actually replied to me last week saying he had a death in the family which caused a delay in shipping and all orders were shipped out two weeks ago and that parcel post can take up to 2 weeks...yeah right. Not from Cali to Vegas. So im in the process of trying to get my money back through paypal.

I purchased a big piece of wood from him back in augest . Took him almost a month to shipped to me. From SOCAL to SOCAL . Go figure....

i just got my money back from paypal. it take a while but you should get it back. file a complaint ASAP

Good thing for you. I did file a complaint with paypal 2 days ago...geeesh what a pain, i think i have learnt my lesson Local pick up is always the best route.

yeah thats BS, even snail mail wont take 2 weeks. you guys should start filing your claims NOW. paypal wont let you file a dispute unless a certain amount of time has passed, so youll need to call them. if he has money in his paypal account you may be able to get it back. if not, file a dispute with your credit card. if you didnt use a credit card and he has no money in his paypal acct, youre screwed.

I know right...i could walk to Cali from Vegas in less than two weeks. Right now i'm going thru ebay since that's where the transaction initiated. We'll see where that leads. The part that sucks about all this is...he's got some really nice wood(let the jokes roll).
