last time and only time i went to auction was when i saw Montana.. a beautiful old missouri fox trotter they hauled in from OK.. she was like riding a caddy... had so many health issues.. costs us thousands.. and see was worth every penny... she passed away after surgery at cornell .. from sand in her intestines.. must have been there all along and killed some of the intestine over time.. until colic attack that required surgery... but not successful.. after that i have not been able to go to the auctions.. because all of them break your heart.. i quit breeding and showing because i could not sell my babies.. wrong venture for me.. too many people mistreat animals.. i am thankful for people like you .

I am not sure why most of the farms around here breed anymore anyway. The market stinks and there are too many backyard breeders! Just because you own a mare does not mean you should breed her. It drives me nuts to see all of the papered yearlings at the sale selling for ten and twenty dollars. Anyway enough about that! Here is a current pic or two of Pumpkin and Raider running around in the ring.

hi liz ive had horeses my self as my mom and sister have had them my sister had saved a baby fole she named him reco he ended up around 15 hands i think he was a great hores she got papers aswell for him he was a great horse i ended up with him as she had a large cob horse that was 17 hand something i will try and get some pics of them ive had 4 horses and my mom and sister have had about 20 diffrent between them inckuding my 4 LOL but there great animals i wouldent mined 1 again i think i will when im older :) haha
