Definitely. I stunted mine since i didnt know proper care for them.

They grow super fast though

The fastest growth rate fish I have is Tesselata Moray Eels, I bought it around 10 inches long ...1 year and roughly 6 months later...it's reached 36 inches.

Fastest I've seen is a RTC. Well over 1" a month. I get about 1" a month out of Oscars, jags, and dovii until around 10".

OK. a general consensus is that catfish grow fast. Many fish will grow fast given ideal feeding and water conditions

Syns are very fast growing fish. They will out grow that tank fast. Then again, the growth might be stunted due to less then optimal conditions. I find fish growth is always faster in a bigger tank.
