Fat Sleeper (Jade) Goby Not Eating

If he's eating without lights then just take the canopy off, and allow ambient room light into the tank.
Yes that is what I've done. He is at least eating Krill. It's so odd though isn't it? All of a sudden a complete behavioral change. He never minded the lights before and would beg for food every time I went by the tank.

Feed him every other day or every 2 days. As more sedentary fish get larger they tend to eat less often.

My fish again not eating. He doesn't eat with the blue light, with no light, when offered a variety of foods, period. And now he occasionally flashes. The water parameters are all same as they ever were.

When the light is totally off he swims around per normal (with the exception of the occasional flash). If offered food he will act like he's going for it but then will spit it out.

Was this guy ever treated for internal parasites? If not, you may want to try API General Cure in the water.

I've tried New Life Spectrum Hex.Shield medicated food but he won't eat it so I am medicating with Aquaricure metronidazole which is the active ingredient in API General Cure even though many aquarists maintain such medication has to be eaten (Aquaricure and API say it can be added to water in the proper dosage).
