The End Of The Yellow Brick Road
Yesterday, while out cruising the landscaping shops looking for some feather rock, we happened upon a reptile show and stopped in to "look" around.
That little stop ended the rock hunt. Wifey bought me an Amazon Tree Boa.
Cool little dude 'bout 2 feet long. :headbang2 :headbang2
Got him settled in at the house, ran and got a couple feeders, and bang, 10 minutes it was all over. Feeds really well for such a little guy.
Anyway, can't beat a FD gift like that when I was gonna settle for banging on some rocks for the fish. :D :D :D

Pix please. Not of Wifey, of the Boa, I mean!! LOL

:D :D
I'll try later today to get a few shots of them all.
We also have a Jungle Carpet about 9ft., Columbian Redtail about 7 ft., and, of course, "Fat Boy" the 5 ft. Ball. :) :)

Those are some big snakes, especially for a royal and jungle. What colour is your ATB? They are nice little snakes, glad it has a good feeding response, probably nails it every time. Looking forward to pics!

They are long more so than fat (except the ball). Not so "big" really. Very manageble. The Red Tail was a rescuse, she has lost the tip at some point and tends to be more nippy and jumpy.
The Jungle and Ball is a great animals. Both handle really well. Although the Ball takes his sweet time feeding, The Jungle and Red Tail get right with it.
Seems like this little new guy's going to be a "get with it" type as well.

Gotcha :) :) :)
Went downstairs earlier and the Ball is capped up. Might have to wait on pics. of him outside the cage. Don't want to get mistaken for a rat if he can't see well. :) :)

The new guy still has some of a bad shed on him. Guess the breeder kept him a little dry. Hopefully misting will loosen him up.

Here are some pics.

Hopefully later today we get some better outdoor shots for size reference. We'll see.

BTW. I'll be adding new pics. to the Snake album in my sig. link. Better to just navigate there to see, than hog up a thread with images.
