my dad is an assistant D/A to the district of Queens
he was telling a famous story from his office that took place in a courtroom
a man is convicted for breaking into his ex wife's house and threatening her at knifepoint. the judge makes the decision and goes to the defendant,
"Anything you'd like to say?"
Defendant: "Yes, your honor. KISS MY A**!"
Judge: "Motion denied."

the Contemp Of Court charge was out the window for breaking/entering, attempted murder, etc etc
I should have a ton of these, but I can never seem to recall them.
Most recently there was a woman looking at a 5" Clown Loach. When I walk by she says to her husband "That's a huge Oscar"!
When I worked at PetSmart a couple of years ago, this guy comes up and says "So... none of these fish can live in the wild right? I mean, there aren't any filters on the lakes like on an aquarium" This guy also constantly referred to Plecos as "Janitor Fish"
