When I was young I was afraid of Ronald Mcdonald. I couldnt even go through the Mcdonalds drive through.

lol...sounds like one of my daughters, shes scared of the king in the burger king commercials.

I,m afraid of crowds of strangers, esp. in the dark (like theatres), also deep water, and hieghts (unless I'm on belay). Not scared of leeches or ants but they do creep me out.

Man, I don't blame you!! He's freakin scary when you're young... Kinda like a clown on ridilin... :hitting:

While I was out and about this evening, I thought of something else I'm afraid of... STALKERS!
And as much as I love them, haunted corn mazes freak me out. I hate not knowing whats around the corner... *LoL*
But man... thunder and lightning really scares the ***** outta me. While I was driving this evening a lightning bolt came down like 50 feet away (okay so it was a lot farther than that, but it was right in front of me!!) and I SLAMMED on the brakes... my poor puppy went flying onto the floor, but it scared the crap outta me... Stupid lightning...

When rest of the family's out of the house and its nighttime, i tend to let the dogs inside (i ****ing hate those dogs the rest of the time so they usually stay outside),

LOL - I also do the same thing when im alone at home during the night!
I also feel the same way about our nutty dogs, thou I question if they would even notice or do anything if somebody were to break into the house.

the presence of other lifeforms (not including fish) has a remarkable soothing effect when it comes to my fear of the dark

im not afraid of anyone breaking in whatsoever; im afraid of some unseen horror clasping me by the shoulders while my eyes are on the comp. its wholly psychological, and has no tangible basis, but my fear of the dark persists.
