Feces and Carbon

So whenever I scoop my turtle feces, it dissolves and turns the tank water all white and cloudy.
I recently took out all the carbon in my filter but do I need chemical filtration to get this cloudiness out?

Use a product like Seachem's Clarity. It binds to small solids in the water column and basically makes them big enough to get caught by your mechanical filtration.

And I did add carbon in the bio-bag again but will that help a little?(since I can't go buy clarity at the moment)

Just rinse out or change your filters when they get gunky.

How do I get my cloudy tank to go back to clear? without using the clarity?
i'm gonna do a 50% water change today but will that help?

lol, a 100% water change will get your water clear. A water change almost always improves the clarity of water.

i did a 60% or more..is better than this morning..
i can't do 100% because of the beneficial bacteria and fish i have in there.

now what can i do?

You can stop keeping fish and turtles as per the advice of numerous people on the message boards. It'll improve the welfare of all animals involved.
