I want him to take pellets, so I dont have to steal bloodworms from my dad![]()
my jardini eats everything but still occasionally spits pieces of the pellets back out. i find they usually do this when they are introduced to new unfamiliar food/taste, or when they become bored of the food (if they're stressed/sick they wont even touch the food).
what i usually do is give them a bloodworm cube to open up their appetite and then pellets right after.
pick up some bloodworms at aquapets/lucky at steeles/kennedy. they sell packs of 10 for 20$.
