Feeding your cats chicken liver and heart

Don't feed your fish hot dogs as a staple. If you're not going to try to provide your pet a healthy diet, why even bother keeping it? At least make sure the staple of its diet is healthy. If you're gonna toss your fish a hot dog, make it a rare treat. Same for human consumption for that matter.
 
my experience of heart is that it is a good growth food but messy for tank and filter because of the fat.
tip for chicken liver as an odd treat is to microwave for 30-60 seconds to firm it up slightly then rinse, obviously allow time for it to cool.

Why would any mammalian or avian meat be good for a fish? And IDK why anyone considers them "treats" give them a few healthy feeders or dead whole fish instead of fatty foods like chicken or any other land meat.

This exactly. I'd never give my fish that stuff, but if you really feel the need to, make it a rare occasion.
