I have a lot to do before my tank is ready, + it will take some months for the plants to grow big and beautiful (gonna ad CO2 though
).. But i know that he is aiming for something like this:

I really care about my rays, so i wouldn't do it if it could harm them in any way.. You should know that..

i didnt think you would do anything to harm your rays.... i thought the c02 dropped the o2 levels in the tank... i know your good to your rays...

As far as I know, adding CO2 wont change the amont of O2 in the water.. But CO2 is poisonous in big dosis, eaven though there are enough O2.. So adding to much will be harmfull to your fish.. But 10ml easycarbo pr. day (15ml when i get my 4 species of floatingplants 
) will only act as rocketfuel for the plants.. wont have any inpact on the rays.. 2 shots of some of the plants that are going into the 300 gallon..
I know there are some algee in the tank, and I could remove them by making more waterchanges. Doing 2 x 25% each week now. And he leo seems happy + its only a holding tank that will be sold when the leo is gone. So i can live with it for a short period..
tanks gonna look great planted... i tried it with my first rays and quickly gave up on it... every other day replanting the plants...
