Hmmm.. I fixed it by tying plants onto driftwood, or planting close to pices of driftwood.. :)
 
my motoro would destroy them no matter where i put them... she was like a lawnmower

Ha ha ha.. well, then its hard to do anything.. ;) This is my first try with this amount of plants, lets see how it goes.. :)

mine did for the most part leave my java moss alone.... :screwy: everything else was not allowed to be anywhere on her floor space... but she did love the floating moss and duckweed on the top... gave her hours of play time

Ha ha ha.. :) Try some anubis tyed to driftwood like javamos.. Looks really cool.. :) But, mabye you should give it another try if my ray/plant combo works out..? ;) :)
 
i bought terra cotta pots to put plants in.... im gonna do it again when i build my new tank.... amazon theme... atleast all sides will be planted and the back row as well too leave the entire center open... it will either work or it wont...

But i thought you where going for a bare bottom tank..? Though, i wont stop you.. :)
 
it still might be bare bottom ;) i have the terra cotta pots for the plants but i might use some black sand.... MIGHT use it lol .... not sure yet will depend on my mood

Well i hope you will get into the aquascapeing mood then.. ;) I think rays, sand, plants and driftwood looks so cool together.. best combo ever.. :ROFL:

it does look good... we will see what my mood is.... my lazy ass needs to start the tank build first wish i could skip right to the aqua scaping...
