well ya.. You dont see Red terrors that often.. the last time I saw one was at Yos' in LA... some 4 months back.. and before that was at All happy for 50bucks each...

So 40 is tempting.. but i just have too many cichlid...

It's not a true red terror, it's a uro...still a nice fish either way - and a female for sure.

That is NOT a uropthalmus (Mayan Cichlid)
The shape of the head and mouth and the coloring is definitely Festae

thats a male brother! an its not a uro!
look at the bottom pic on this page thats wat it would look like normally
top one is it angry or stressed look at the dot below the dorsal fin!
my male festae looks exactly like that its hard to tell which one is the feamle and male with my two sometimes!

They're right - the caudal spot doesn't extend all the way through on the tail, I mistook the bar in it's coloration for an extended spot.
