fern with nile?

yea i will ill go look some time dont know if im going to get one yet

i just reallly like the look of ferns.
 
Plants are kinda of not a good idea with larger monitors, there going to be dug up in no time but can be used with smaller ones. Then your going to need uv lighting for the plants to keep them alive if the monitor doesn't dig it up..

What are you going to be housing the nile in? They grow extremely fast, very active, and require a large enclosures as adults. Hope your ready for A 12x6x6 cage which is only the MIN. for caging. Dont let the 25 dollar price tag think your getting a cheap animal compared to a 150+ dwaft monitors, it will cost thousands on housing and feeding for the first year for a growing nile.

i have him in a 125 right now im prolly going to sell him and get yellow ackies

i have room and all for cages that big but i dunno not to fond of him

it wasnt really a rescue but hes 14" and he was with 3x2' savannahs and 2x2.5' water monitors......so he probably could have gotten killed or injured badly so kinda rescued him

may keep may not ill have to think about it .
