Festae finally breeding!

I have had these for about 9 months. I bought five when they were very small, about 3/4 inch. I put the entire group together and let them pair up. I got lucky and ended up with two males and three females. anyway here are a few pictures.This is my first attempt to breed Festea so I am hoping they end up being good parents.

Thanks guys. This has been a dream for me for a long time. Where I live their are not many good options for LFS and It took me about a year and lots of luck just to find these guys. I will keep updating. They spawned on the 12th I took a couple video with my cell(not good quality) but you get the idea.

Very cool bro, check out the group Festae Fanatics and post some pics there too. Do you have any open tank space in case male gets aggressive later? What are your plans for growing out the fry?

Yeah I have a few tanks ready for the fry. Two 10 gallon and a 20 set up with heaters and sponge filters. I also have a divider made already for the tank the male and female are in. I also have another 150gallon empty that i could set up.
