FESTAE QUESTIONS PLEASE

Hello everyone,
So i stopped by my LFS yesterday and with amazing surprise they had a tank titled:

TRUE RED TERRORS:
F1 Eqaudor Amphilophus Festae.

I purchased one of these little cuties.
They guy was instructing me that when small and this one is under
1'' females have barely any bars while males are completely barred.

To get to the chase, I put this little (girl) in my 55 grow out with a very small texas cichlid, I paid 28 bucks for it, and im in las vegas,
The small festae looks almost completely tan with all pink fins and a large
black dot at the biggining of its tail.

I hope to one day grow this girl and keep her in my 300 with my 5 already adult Red Devils, and two adult female flowerhorns.

Can i expect her to have this same mentality as the rest of my fish do?
The same length and compatibility?
Overall any imput you guys can provide will greatly help me thank you,
And also this small Green Texas will be in the tank with my adults.
Im looking for past experiences or knowledge with these guys expecially concerning compatibility.

post a pic...also is the tail spot directly in the middle or is it slightly raised up if directly in the center u most likely have a mayan ...and u wont be able to tell the sex till atleast 5 6 inches

Im looking now, it has one spot center body completely to the top of the body, and
has a much larger spot taking up the entire base of tail, completely tan body pink fins with hints of blueish spots, tan eyes, the pink fins get almost red at the edges
 
i can attempt a pic but currently all i have is an older black berry, i have it currently with over 40 very small Jaguar babies. so as you guys probably know with a tank full of small fish when i approach it they go crazy as if im going to feed
