That all depends on your keeping skills. They all have potential but it's up to the individual to get the job done. And yes if yours is female it will look similiar to the pic. But to increase your chances of getting a really hot female is to find a breeder with a female u like and grow out some fry. Check out Umbeekings wild pair, he's selling fry for 10$ each at 1" and they're F1 and different bloodline from yours. That's just an example there are plenty others out there breeding festea too. And Umbeeking isn't shipping right now just pick up. Maybe if someone was to place a big order or make it worth his while he may ship.

There's noway to say you have a female. Festae are impossoble to sex by coloration until about 4" and festae are extremely slow growers. What size tank are you putting all those devils and flower horns and all in? You would need a massive tank to house them and even then aggression is going to be a serious issue when they start to mature. Festae can be aggressive but no where near what red devils can have, and devils grow much faster.

i would save some cash and go buy a nice set up to house a pair of festae in. order a few more festae online and grow em up til you have a pair hopefully from 2 different bloodlines. you can enjoy seeing them in breeding dress. i have over 30 festae and they all look good but nothing beats the coloration than the ones i have paired off in seperate tanks. ask FWP i think he was selling a few nice festae.

i currently have a 300 set up with my Red devils and flowerhorns,
All of these are adults, 5 red devils 2 flowerhorns,
I also have two 110 and a 55,
If you guys think that this festae will not be compatible as an adult
i will gladly keep her on her own, i would love to pick up more one day
thank you

Go and purchase more festae! I can never have enough festae. They may grow to look like these. They may grow to look like many other beautiful festae that are posted by other members. Good luck!

My female festae recently reached the six inch mark and became noticeably nastier. She had also paired up with my cyanoguttatus male and the two were terrorizing their tank mates until I moved him out. She's a little calmer now but still runs the show in a tank with a larger male GT and carpintis. In short, my experience is that they can be quite mean, and I've read that that's especially the case with those that were wild caught. I'm guessing she will hold her own if you put her in the bigger tank once she's reached a much larger size.
