No they were not. My little lady is a year old (got her at .25-.5") and now she's maybe pushing 5"

I need to spark up my fish life

I had mine since Sept ..u see how much they grew since then and I feed a variety of food and my water Is excellent its just how they grow extremely slow .......It's worth it tho bc they are top 5 prettiest Pure breed cichlid hands down.....

Update on my festae......they finally growing dnt no the sex as if yet but i'd say a pair they do everything together but we'll see u no these fish tricky.....
