2/17/2012 A Couple days after I first got them. I started with 10, they eventually got weeded down to 6 but some of them are in seperate tanks now. Same old: "labeled as such and such" but who cares, they look amazing and are incredibly fulfilling.
6/9/12 At this point they were still all together in a 40 breeder with TONS of hiding spaces and disruptions in line of sight. The aggression was spread around fairly evenly. I lost 2 due to them being runts. This male in the middle is actually my main male still.
1/1/13 Taken recently. Now I have 4 in 1 tank and 1 each in other tanks. Almost a year to date, SLOW growers but fulfilling because they start to look amazing. The smaller barred one is a female that has been pairing with the big male. I highly doubt they're gonna lay but they keep clearing a space in sand where I buried a flat piece of rock. I noticed Animal Guy has/had a female that was super red but not clear bars, I have one that looks almost the same I want to pair with a flowerhorn.
