i dont have a drilled tank. so either it overflows the sump or when power comes on tank overflows

How? The tank cannot overflow, because it should have a hang on the back overflow, which in turn lets the overflowing water go to the sump... then the pump pushes it up to the tank...which in would overflow, but then because of the hang on the back overflow it lets the overflowing water go to the sump...

right but the overflow breaks siphon once the water level goes so low. hence water in none out water on the floor

See here how there is a black overflow box? This sits inside the tank. It keeps water inside so it doesn't loose suction.

I agree. A properly designed sump setup will not overflow the tank nor will it overflow the sump during pump failure or on startup.

Oh and as for the Indy meets. All you have to do is tell us when you want to come down and we can set something up.

ya even with my DIY overflows they start up just fine after the pump being unplugged and plugged back in...
