I would use a pressurized in-line filter system, I like the ones made by Pentair Life Guard.
I would use a Bio filter module, Chem filter module, UV module and Mechanical filter module in combination with a pressure rated pump like a GEN-X PCX40
Very simple to use/setup and easily upgradeable.

I would just stick witht the standard sump (wet/dry ) idea. It is a cheap and effective way to filter you tank.
i got a 210gallon with 4ogallon sump ....sump is the ways to go but as everyone know W/D is not a good mechanical fliter so i should get a HOB since they're the best for mech ,but since its a show tank .i just got 2 fulval 405 and all do the jobs well

The mechanical filtration of a W/D would depend on the type of filter media you put in the sump. I would say that a sump cleans every bit as good if not better that my cannister/HOB filters.

Is this tank cycled? If it is not set up, there will not be any bacteria in the tank. This would cause it to cycle while your fish were in it. You could risk losing your fish. I would take it slow and go with what you want, not what will do.
1 X5 will work temp. to get thing cycled, but the sump is the way to go. Very effective mech. and bio, holds extra vol., hides extra equipment.
