Sorry, had to sleep. A 29 would be pushing it. I would go with something that has a bit more capacity to be safe.
 
I will be picking up a sump on the 13th that would possibly work for your setup. I would be willing to make you a good deal on it.
 
Sump Setup

1. Overflows or bulkheads (Drilled or Not drilled)
2. PVC for drain
3. Tank itself
4. Scrubbies or Bio-balls for bio filtration
5. Filter floss for mechanical filtration
6. Something to hold bio & mech filtration (Eggcrate)(May be included in tank)
7. Return Pump
8. Flexible tubing or PVC for return line.
9. Misc PVC pieces
10. PVC Primer and Glue
 
Most people like to have a minimum of 20-25% of tank volume for sumps. You can vary this however you see fit. Just amke sure that you have enough "Extra" room to account for any power outages.
