filtering a 220

What are you asking?

For my 220 I use one FX5 and Two 405s. I'd like to trade out the two 405s for a second FX5. I would prefer a sump over all that but that isn't happening atm.

It really depends on how you want to do it/what you already have. Do you have a tank that you can sacrifice? The overflows and returns are just the price of PVC, so it all boils down to the price of the sump and return pump.

i have a wet/dry sump tank that is good up to 350 gallons brand new never used with bio bals if you want it pm me all you need is a pump it also comes with the overflow kit brand new aswell

Sorry to hijack the thread, but does anybody have some pictures of a overflow box working i still don't understand the concept?

if the box is attached to the side/back of the tank and the water is pumped into the tank from the sump, wouldn't it just overflow around the whole tank and not just the box?

it does basically what it says, it overflows into a wet/dry in the bottom of the stand or where ever you have it set.

This box has slot that are lower than the top of the tank, so it would have to fill up before the tank overflowed.
