I moved them back to the 55g from the 65g the other day to give them more swimming room. The tank is standard sized with lace rock bottom and spray paint backing with a pair of emperor 400's. Like I said before simple setup lol. The only difference is this tank is barebottom where as the 65 had sand substrate. I'll have to wait a few weeks to see if this affects there breeding habits. As you can see in the pic there are a few other odd and ends ive collected over time. They all seem to fit well together except the green sunfish. I'm curious as to how big of a hatching your going to have. I stopped counting at 96 fry. I know there are 100 + and all look healthy. Not sure if this is normal for livingstonii or not.
The cold weather was more than my heaters could handle.. Breeder stopped... Temp went down to like 75.. Is leveling back up as the warmer weather comes in.. so hopes are still high
