The gar my local fish shop has a one at 50pound's way to much in my oppinion, but nice looking fish

yes they are kind of pricey...thats why i did not buy the other two i saw today..something wrong with their nose and for $12 EACH

no its a hujeta or rocket gar

the gar and the fire eel ate those blood worms like crazy tonight.. i am really surprised the eel ate so soon... yippee..... a good one....

Congrats Liz I love Fire eels. I researched them a few weeks ago but just haven't pulled the trigger yet. My lfs has had them for a few weeks.
