Finally got an Ornate !!!

cool ornate I same some 3-4 " ones at my lfs for a $50 so you got a good deal
thought about getting one . I still am but I think they will eventually need a larger tank than my 75 and a bigger tank is not in the cards at the moment
if not please tell me

Yeah I'm going to get a 125G tank, for when I get an Ornate too. 'Cuz they get big!

Currently I just have 2 sens and 1 Delhz.... Oh and my BGK, in a 55G.

nice collection in there. I think some driftwood and plants will do the trick as you said. It would be nice if you could get some more natural substrate, too.

yeah the wight and black gravel seemed like a good idea at the time now I'm really regretting the wight gravel but to late now i would do sand but i don't wan't to pull the under gravel filter out of there not sure what gravel i should change it to i think all black or brown would look good

Also i think it will look alot more natural if I get those flower pots out of there

An ornate would last a while in a 75 but they do get pretty big so eventually it would probably out grow your tank they will get around 18'' that would take many years however
