Yeah, I finally got the 125 g tank 2 weeks ago (took only about 6 weeks!
), and now got it cycling. This tank will hold a jardini that was suffering at the hands of an idiot that I took from about 2 1/2 months ago.
He's (jardini) has been recuperating the last 2 months and is about 95% normal. Currently housed in a 55 g until the 125 gal is cycled.
Pics are of the DIY stand, canopy and W/D system. Still need to do some finishing decorating..waiting for 2 piece of driftwood to soak completely and tannis removed.
Tank is a AGA Megaflow system, and I'm quite surprised its quiet, no gurgling or sloshing sounds. Using 2 Mag 7 pumps, but planning to add a Ocean Clear filter to one of the overflows & returns as a secondary filtration.
Have some plants in the 125 now..but will add some more maybe.
