Once you go sump you always laugh at why people pay 300-400$ on small canisters lol

I no, paid $275 for a FX6. This sump cost me $225, more water volume and way much more bio media.

Been in the fish hobby for roughly 12 years, first time drilling and first time using a sump, what a waste. Should have done this years ago.

I can relate. Been in the hobby about that long and just set up my first sump about 6 months ago. I said the same things within a week of having it up and running. It's the only way to go. Nice dats and nice set up! Those Pentair tubs definitely seem quite economical.

As they say, better late than never...on the sump. I like the moonlight with those...in a way it looks ominous in a cool way.

Oh BTW, I don't think any of us are truly ever done in this hobby

What's the size of the big indos? The african tiger fish looks like it could be a snack to those big dats.
