mmmm.....If you knew my history with this fish before opening your mouth, you would know I haven't measured him in the past while moving him as I didn't want to add to the stress of moving him. Moving a fish to another tank is far more stressful on a fish then just pulling a fish out of water for less than a minute to measure. His size has been a guess for the last 18 mths, hence doing it out of water. It is far more accurate than a guess at the tank. For everyone else, Thanks for your concerns.He is doing much better and continues to improve. He is swimming more actively and is improving daily. I believe Miguel was spot on in his diagnoses of swallowed air.
