Nahh, bad choice of term.If anything, the AK type rifles would be better suited for that name as those are more favored by those kinds of people...not trying to vilify an object here but just saying.[QUOTE]
x2 he has no idea what he is talking about but you can vilify it lol

Gregoire is a liar, she wouldnt ever do anything for the benefit of washington.

Which range do you go to being up in lynnwood? the one in kenmore off 405?
I need to sight in my 308 AR and i dont care for Renton much. But never been shooting up north other than outside in Sedro Whoolley and Concrete.

I hear ya, I'm not gonna believe anything until it's a done deal.. To be honest I don't like Kenmore at all.. Just a bunch of up tight old farts that will jump your *** over the littlest things.. Plus like most ranges up north you have to be a member to use HP rifles.. :( I'm still looking for the best range to go to and become a member at. Looks like that's the only way I'm going to be able to shoot locally.. :(

Ammoman.com usually has some pretty good deals.

Just some words of advice but avoid buying ammo that is lacquer coated. Most cheap Russian ammo (such as Wolf) is like this and it's been known to jam up AR rifles.

but runs great through my ak :D:headbang2

That's because they were designed to shoot that type of ammo. ;)

Try finding 5.45x39 that isn't steel cased/lacquer coated and I'll buy you a drink.

Forgot to add at Kenmore gun range you can only have one round at a time in your gun..:irked::screwy::banhim:
I don't even know how to shoot a AR without having a full mag..lol :headbang2

All state game land shooting ranges here in PA have a similar rule but you can have up to 3 in a magazine at a time.

I belong to a private range that doesn't have a limit.

I'm gonna check with them and see if i become a member if i can keep more than one round in the gun. Not planning to keep a full 30 round mag in the gun but i'd like to keep atleast 5-10..
