oh yeah, I actually saw one in my LFS yesterday, but shhhhh.... it's the LFS that doesn't exist. lol. Really? 96 watts won't do it? That's about 2 watts per gallon. Hmmmm, I guess it's to CL for me. If anyone finds any good listings for a good light strip in SFvalley please post here.
I'm also looking for suggestions for an efficient and reliable CO2 system that is pretty cheap (under $50)
what kind of hood are you using? if you are using an all glass hood, you can always just add extra striplights to it. thats a very easy fix to the wattage. and you can get by with most plants at 2 wpg. some plants that are high light plants thrive with 4 or more WPG. do you know what kind of plants you want? also, flourish excel is kinda like using CO2 and fert from the same bottle. its relatively inexpensive

Wow, thanks for the links, but the first one is a little sketchy with the "problem", the second one is too small for my tank, but the third is very interesting. Little pricey, but may be well worth it.
