Finally Quit Smoking

Congratulations on being smoke free. I quit april 26th 2011. It's getting close to a year now. Did it cold turkey, that really is the only way to do it.
Smoked for 15 years, & I've tried many many times to quit. Cold turk was the only thing that worked.

Nice bro, smoking isn't in now though, some kids at my school are doing ecigs now. I'm light weight tho I don't do drugs nor ever tried them I guess if you play a sport you just have that discipline.

Kids in school today don't bother with smoking, their big buzz is sex and can you blame them, just look at the way school girls dress holy mother of DD. I hear they start young these days age 12 or younger. It's like if you're still a virgin at age 12 there's something wrong with you lol

kudos to ya brotha...!!! i was a smoker for 13yrs... and its been 2yrs since ive quit... just did it gradually.... by mouth smoking half a cig... its one of the worst and disgusting habit one can ever have... glad we are off it... all the best to ya and neva give up... cheers

Congrat to all who manage to quit....i manage to quit for more then half the year currently after 12 years of smoking...

Can't believe myself but i just stop smoking overnight till date...but i do have some urge to smoke sometime ...
