Apologies in advance for my crappy pics. I'm not that great at taking aquarium photos. Tank is 8x4x4 with 3 cichla and a crazy mix of misc other fish. I just got done feeding everyone and the sump is a bit low so everything is churned up a little bit.

My stacked 75's that I use for grow outs and just misc fish I feel like keeping. Top left tank has a female sagittae destined for the big tank, a single aeneus cory that someone gave me, a Pimelodus maculatus, and a turquois severum. Bottom left is a green sunfish, bluegill, and longear sunfish. Top right is some honduran red point fry. Bottom left is a couple dempseys from Rapps, some orangethroat darters, and an Araguaia Oscar.

Beautiful setup....I love the sp sao fran, the tem and the sagittae...thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the comments guys. I'm thinking of switching out or covering up the substrate in the big tank with black sand. Any thoughts on that? I'm pretty sure I would have to just add black sand to the existing substrate. If I remove anything it will require me to get in the tank with the fish, and I'm pretty sure they will flip out if I did that. So any recommendations?......stay natural brown, or go black?
