Fire damage to tank?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
And after going back and reading the CL ad again... IMO, those tanks are nothing more than dirty. He says he has no room for them since his house caught fire. Not his house burnt down, or the tanks caught fire. Just no room. A good cleaning, I would be willing to bet there next to new!

I mean c'mon, the MagFloat is still white.....

Have any of you seen what a fire and smoke does to white things??? They are not white anymore.....

Agreed, I don't see anywhere on that listing that they were fire damaged. They look like they have been outside though which isn't any biggie.

Your right. My guess, those tanks were OUTSIDE, maybe in a shed. All you have to do is LOOK at them to see they were never in a house with a fire. They would be covered in smoke residue, not just "grime" residue!
