heres a few more pics for you hes looking a lot more relaxed now showing relaxed colours now goes very dark and black stressed and totally light when facing off with other fish hes relaxed at the mo, growing weekly now in size feeds madly.
heres some new pictures for you, it took about 30 pics to try and get these two shoots he will not stay still if you go near the tank, hes mad for food he has teeth of the jag and the fire head like two sets both diffrent types 2 large top and bottom with small ones inbetween. and he drew blood the other day from my thumb thinking it was food lol..opps my first proper bite from my fish. and a lot larger mouth i still have the parents in the same tank.his colours change in the from yellow to blue green purlpe and light to dark with agression,but hes not to agro but will look after him self i think he will be larger than the dad who is 12 to 13inch now.
I cant see the pictures, but great thread very nice looking fish I especially like the Black one! How was your growth Rates have you tried breeding your Growouts?
