new tank being built this sataday then i will put him in main tank hes alot bigger now i will put on pics of my new tank and him in there i dont think the male is a firehead , i think he looks more like a zontas not sure i only thought he was becuse he was sold at 2 icnh to me as 1,but ive seen pics of other variants and thought that looks like my fish? at the mo all my fish are in my 9 foot pitt in my garage till tank gos off.hope all goes to plan.

saying that the young 1 is starting to get bigger and looks like the adult in earlyer post i spose some of the variants are very simler looking .

here he is in the new tank, he got very stressed never been with other fish before but was his only chance of being put with my other bigger fish he turned very black and got white spot and give it to 2 baby red hooks but the others are immune from it ,it would seam ,but run very hi temp and salt and is now gone and his colour is slowly coming back holding temp for 3 days after white spot has gone finish hi temp 2 morrow heres a few pics of him ,i found 1 more baby 1 in cleaning out old sump at tank change over put him with 2 plecs i can keep any more royal plec and golden nugget they eat my back ground i tryed the nugget i thought he would not eat it but he did so he was out a bit quick.

two day before he was black and had mild white spot looking better now colour coming back today but still abit dark fare play thou holds his own with the others swims freely around faces off with 8 inch pikes and does not back down i think he will be ok very happy was worth the wait .i post some pic when hes back to normal colour..

this is crazy, didnt think it was possible thanks for the updates, !! very nice!

Colors of a synspilum with the shape and pearls of a jag. The most recent update is amazing. Last picture reminds me of a king kamfa or something. I would like to know if this cross is fertile or not. I have some nice f1 syns growing out right now when I get them decent sized you've inspired me to try to breed them with some parachromis.
